Mildew Covered Silhouette - Cleaning Results

Our client had this shade hanging over a bathtub in her home.  It hung behind  lace curtain panels, and she did not realize how badly the shade was in need of cleaning until she took the curtains down to be washed.  Being the shade was hanging over the bathtub she only opened the vanes of the Silhouette and had kept it down in back of the curtain for privacy.  Having never pulled the shade up into the completely open position she had not realized the mildew was there.

She thought that the shade was ruined when she called us to help her.  We honestly weren't sure that the mildew would completely come out as mildew usually leaves permanent stains on fabrics.  But look at the results we realized.  Now our client has a shade that looks like new once again.  It is also a testimony about the Silhouette itself...a truely hardy shade that can be cleaned with the right experience and products.
